Eclat Equestrian Ltd Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of all our goods, however if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any of our goods we are happy to offer a full refund, minus any postage costs.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. The 14 day period begins from the date we despatch your order. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if it has been longer than 14 days since the goods were dispatched to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any returned goods must include a letter
with your contact details (name, address, phone number and email), the reason for return and if you require a
refund or exchange. For refunds, please allow 28 days for money to be credited to your account or for an exchange, please let us know exactly
what you would like your exchange to be (product, size, colour).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend returning your goods via a tracking service, as it
is your responsibility for returning your items back to us.
