Meet Team Eclat

Meet Team Eclat - From the Office Team to Show Team to our Sponsored Riders, come find out a little about everyone involved in the brand.

Owner

Jordy

Jordy created the brand back in 2017, identifying a gap in the market for fashionable yet practical and affordable riding wear. She has been riding since she was a little girl and got her first pony Jenny when she was 11. She show jumped competitively throughout her teens and 20s up to Foxhunter level and now enjoys riding her horse Blondie who you’ve probably seen in some of our pics. She’s a mum of two horse daft little ones, Pippa (7) and Jude (3). Jordy said ‘I’d still love to get back competing but spend more time running after ponies these days!'

Office/Shows

Callie

Starting as a Work Placement in 2023, Callie hasn't quite left! Callie takes on a very varied role here at Eclat, from packing orders, stock design and customer communications to email blogs, website design and Trade Shows! Callie also rides and has been doing it since 2008, with her passion being dressage. Although Callie hasn't got her own horse she is delighted to spend most of her free time with Pye at the yard. She has qualified with distinction in a HND in Equine Studies recently and is looking forward to more horsey time now exams are done.

Mini Boss

Pippa

7 Year Old Pippa enjoys spending time with her ponies, Tina, Poppy and Rocky. She has recently joined Pony Club and is loving it. Pippa is a keen helper in the office and is our master sticker-tagger! You may also catch her on the stand at a couple of shows helping out.

TEAM MASCOT

Lizzy

Lizzy is our super cute team mascot. Being a miniature shetland, she quite often likes to venture into the office to make sure we're working hard!

Sponsored Rider

Millie grew up surrounded by horses and got her first pony at 4 years old. When Millie turned 10 she began British Showjumping in 128 classes. In 2019 Millie jumped in all the 128 finals, placing at HOYS and winning at Olympia where she also participated in the Mini Major. Progressing onto 138 ponies, Millie won six championships. On 148 ponies Millie represented her country in a Nations Cup on Yolo. During her pony career she qualified for every final at HOYS. In 2024 Millie has made the transition to horses and already has jumped up to 1.40m and has won the Young Master at the Royal Highland Show.

In 2024 Lucy has placed 3rd in the Open 122 HOYS Working Hunter Pony Qualifier at RHS, was squadded for the Scottish Dressage Team and placed 2nd Individually at the British Dressage Youth Inter Regionals. Lucy also got the opportunity to be a demo rider for Tim and Jonelle Price at Bogenraith which really set her up for the 2024 season.
